At The Office

An incredible amount of work happens behind–the–scenes to administer the many projects untaken by the Choirs and projects in Africa. If you have special skills, a knack for organization, or even just willing hands and some free time, consider helping the children of Africa in this capacity! Educational Internships are also offered.

• Komatipoort, South Africa

Office Assistance

Regular or On–Call volunteers are welcome. The office staff always have a variety of tasks that could use some extra help, which may include:

• Inter–office mail delivery
• Mass mail-outs
• Processing Sponsorship letters/cards
• Warehouse duties

The African Children’s Choir™ is also open to volunteer services in the following areas:

• Legal Advice and Administration
• Communications and Writing

Office Internships

An office internship promises valuable work experience in ‘what it takes’ to run a non–profit organization. It may not be glamorous each day, but it’s the real deal. You will be integrated into the local office culture, work with real-life timelines and systems, and apply your creativity to developing different areas of Music for Life’s many programs.

Educational Internships are currently offered through the office in Surrey in the following areas:

• Administration
• Communications, (writing or web design/maintenance)
• Sponsorship
• Volunteer Services

The office staff are willing to work with your educational institution to fulfill the requirements of any course work or programs. Interns are asked to commit to a regular amount of hours per week, during office hours, for a pre-determined number of weeks.
