Since 1984, the Choir’s message has reached many millions of people across North America and Europe and as far a field as Australia. To experience the song, dance and energy of these incredible children, review the tour schedules for a concert near you.
This theatrical production will take you along on an inspiring musical journey across the vast and diverse continent of Africa. Gain a fuller understanding of Africa — with its pride, promise, and its problems — as the children share with you the cultural heritage of their homeland. With costumes and dances representing different tribes from throughout Africa, the children demonstrate the beauty and dignity of Africa’s cultures and the joy and hope of its people.
This group of children from Uganda and Kenya will be performing church and community concerts this Fall, and will launch the fourth season of "Journey of Hope" in the new year!
The 35th African Children's Choir arrived in the US in August 2009, and are touring the Western United states, through California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana before entering Canada and performing in Alberta before heading back into the US for some more performances in Montana.
All funds go towards our relief and development projects in Africa where we provide education, food, shelter and medical assistance to Africa’s orphans and needy children.
