Throughout the year, teams of 6 to 12 volunteers from the USA, United Kingdom, and Canada travel to Africa on 10-day to 2-week missions to serve alongside Music for Life programs.
Service opportunities vary from country to country, but a key focus for most MFL Teams is camp! These community-oriented camps have built quite a reputation over the years. Scheduled during semester holidays, camp is 3 to 5 days of daily activities and interactive education where Africa’s most vulnerable children can forget about their daily hardships and just be a kid!
Apply your skills in music, dance, crafts, science, health and wellness, or sports and games to provide children with mentorship and faith development, presented in the form of assemblies, group games, and activity stations. Most teams facilitate 2 camps per trip, with 50 to 250 children each day! Camp positively impacts the entire community as family and friends join in.
While we can’t take individual applicants, consider rallying together a complete team from your community or church.
