Isaac comes from one of the worst slums around Kampala, Uganda called Bwaise. Raised with his parents and three siblings, life was incredibly difficult before you stepped in. Despite their hardships, Isaac’s mother faithfully cleaned their local church daily and took time to pray while she did.

Her biggest prayer? That a sponsorship opportunity would become available for her children.

She knew the importance of quality education, but money was tight and school fees were hard to come by. When their family couldn’t pay rent, the church became their home until the next miracle rent payment came.

Then in 2019, Isaac and his family received an answer to their prayers.

Music for Life came to Isaac’s church where he auditioned to join the choir. This moment changed everything, and Isaac and his family now have hope for a brighter future.

Today, Isaac’s mother still cleans the church — but she does so with a song of praise, thanking God for your generosity!
