From Hunger to Hope

When Wilson was a young child in Uganda, food was never guaranteed.

He often went to school without breakfast and slept hungry at night. His family did their best, but many days, there simply wasn’t enough.

That all changed when Music for Life stepped into his story.

Today, he attends our Primary School, where he enjoys three meals a day, caring teachers, and the chance to dream again.

And when school holidays come, his family receives food parcels — filled with rice, beans, maize flour, cooking oil, and soap — to help them through.

“At our lowest point, we had almost nothing left to eat,” Wilson remembers. “Then the school called — they were bringing a food package. My grandmother cried with joy.”
